Meet the Cast
Loria Baldi Call (Pasty) was last seen at the Grand Theatre in Musical of Musicals, The Musical. She has worked professionally in regional theatre and touring companies around the US, as well as in film, television and radio. Favorite roles include Mrs. Strakosh in Funny Girl, Emma Goldman in Tin Types, Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, Maggie Jones in 42nd Street and the Ghost of Christmas Past in A Christmas Carol. Loria can be seen regularly performing with the Chameleons Who Done It Murder Mystery Company on the Heber Valley Railroad. Thank you Ryan, you are my everything.Breanna Bassett (Alison) is excited to be back at the beautiful Grand Theatre once again, performing with such an amazing cast and crew. She was last seen here as Shelby in Spitfire Grill. Some of her other favorite roles include: Soupy Sue in Urinetown, Belle in Beauty and the Beast and Ida in See How They Run. She wishes to thank her friends and family for their continual love and support, and for putting up with her crazy musical theater addiction.
Wanda Copier (Bernice) is THRILLED to back at the Grand Theatre after a LONG hiatus!! Wanda was last seen here in Nunsense as Sister Robert Anne in 1995…it’s great to return to such a fun facility! Fresh off Hale Centre Theatre Stage, Wanda just appeared in Fiddler on the Roof as Grandma Tzeitel, where she performed with her 2 sons, Jon and Nate. No stranger to the stage, Wanda has appeared across the Wasatch Front on many stages. Some of her favorite roles include: Rita La Porta in Lucky Stiff, Reverend Mother/Robert Anne in 2 versions of Nunsense, Mrs. Potts in Beauty and the Beast, Muzzy in Thoroughly Modern Millie, Miss Hannigan in Annie and many, many more. She would like to thank her jewel of a husband for putting up with her obsession to be on stage.
Jayceen Craven (Minnie) is thrilled to be back on the Grand’s stage. Her last show was at Egyptian Theater Company in Park City as the Ghost of Christmas Past/Fruit and Cider Woman in Christmas Carol-A Ghost Story of Christmas in December. Jayceen has been seen on stage as Molly Brown, Sister Mary Leo, Sister Robert Ann and Dolly Levi, among others, as well as in commercials, film and voice overs. Jayceen runs a consulting business that provides legislative lobbying, grant writing, fund raising and runs a successful Mary Kay business when she is not treading the boards. She is thankful for the support she receives from her family and friends without whom this wouldn’t be possible.
Erica Hansen (Honey) is thrilled to be back on stage with a wonderful cast. Most recently, she reprised her role of Patsy Cline in the Grand Theatre's production of Always... Patsy Cline. Her portrayal of the country legend won her recognition as Performer of the Year in 2004 by the Deseret News, as well as one of the "Most Memorable Performances," of critic Ivan Lincoln's 20 year career. Erica has enjoyed roles in: My Fair Lady, The Full Monty, Pumpboys and Dinettes, 1940's Radio Hour, Tony N' Tina's Wedding, Joseph, Pirated Penzance, Guys and Dolls, Lucky Stiff and The Music Man. She had the opportunity of singing back-up for Broadway and London's West-end star, Michael Ball. Erica has studied voice and piano for many years and is now the Theater Writer for the Deseret Morning News. Erica will be reprising her role in Always…Patsy Cline in August and September of 2010 at the Grand Theatre and will perform Patsy at the Old Lyric Repertory Company in Logan this July. With a music-lovin' two year old at home, Erica would like to thank her "village" of folks who help with the little one — love you all!
Jeff Parry (Sam/Frank) marks his debut at the Grand with Bingo. He has performed throughout Utah and was most recently seen at the Rogers Memorial Theatre as the Captain in HMS Pinafore. Previously he was at the Terrace Plaza Play House protraying Harold Hill in The Music Man. Other favorite roles include Percy in The Scarlet Pimpernel, Fredrick in Pirates of Penzance, Adam in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Peron in Evita, Young Joe in Damn Yankees, Rutledge in 1776 and many others. Jeff would like to thank his family for being so supportive - “Thanks family for being so supportive!”
Camille Van Wagoner (Vern) is thrilled to be back at the Grand Theatre, where she was last seen in The Ark. Other Grand productions include: Pump Boys and Dinettes, Song of Singapore, Shear Luck and The Pirated Penzance. Camille works at many of the local theaters, including: Hale Centre Theatre, The Egyptian Theatre, Salt Lake Acting Co., Rogers Memorial Theatre and Pioneer Theatre Co. Her favorite roles include: Dolly in Hello, Dolly!, Mrs. Lovitt in Sweeney Todd, Carmen in Curtains, Penelope Pennywise in Urinetown and Rose in Song of Singapore. Camille would like to thank her family and friends for their love and patience.
